Since 1994 KROS has been processing and packing grain products. Today we supply wholesalers, retail chains, processing plants, foodservice companies and distributors in Poland and abroad. Each of them needs the same product in a different form, so we pack our range – barley and buckwheat groats, cereal flakes, rice and pulses – in several formats.
For retail shelves
- 400 g and 500 g sachets – groats, flakes and pulses.
- Cartons with four 100 g cooking bags – barley groats, pearl barley, buckwheat, bulgur and rice (basmati, parboiled, brown).
- 1 kg packs – paper packs and Stabilopack packs.
Shoppers already find KROS products in the Dino supermarket chain. We also produce and pack private label products – for example the Dobra Nasza range sold in Chata Polska stores.
For HoReCa and catering
Restaurants, hotels, catering companies and institutional kitchens work with larger volumes, so a large part of our range also comes in economical 5 kg packs:
- barley groats and pearl barley,
- buckwheat groats – roasted and white,
- couscous and bulgur,
- rice – basmati, jasmine, parboiled and brown,
- Jaś beans, small white beans and split peas.
Rolled oats and breadcrumbs are available in 3.5 kg packs. Some of our catering packs have a transparent upper part, so the kitchen can see the product before the bag is opened. See the full list in Products for the Hospitality Industry.
For industry and large buyers
- 20–25 kg sacks
- Big bags of approx. 800 kg
These formats are meant for processing plants and wholesalers that use our products as an ingredient – for example hulled and crushed oats for further processing, or pulses for canned food, ready meals, soups and spreads.
Private label production
We specialise in production under our customers’ brands. We support the whole process: from recipe development and packaging design to logistics. You choose the product and the format, and we produce, pack and deliver it under your label.
Good to know before you order
- Shelf life of 6 to 12 months, depending on the product. Store in a cool, dry place.
- No artificial colours, preservatives or flavours.
- We serve small customers as well as large retail chains.
- Our own silos, warehouses and processing lines in Iłownica, northern Poland.
